i have been on hold 4 times for 3o minutes i will. NEVER..NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN N I HAVE BEEN CUSTOMER FOR YEARS! i will.. talk about it on social media. come on SLT ! User's recommendation: customer service and attitude sucks.
