Wait time for cust.omer service is poor

I tried to reach your Company.I tried on 2 phones. Trying to reach this company for a dispute during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I really am disappointed in this. It's like they don't want to talk to you. The reviews they only show the good comments I would like to talk to a representative. I just feel like they are just leaving people on hold so they don't have to deal with what's going on. I would like a call back. User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend no body uses them for any kind of credit line.Once I get money to pay for the items I will never use them again!!!!!
