Had it in my car for 2 weeks already had to pay 55$ for a default in equipment asked to be refunded via email and havent heard nothing now after i fixed that i had a recall come up on bottom of screen called company they told me to unhook the handheld device and plug back in after 20 min which i did and now it says lock out viol so im sure there going to try n make me pay 55$ again to get my device to work again this thing is highway robbery n has so many errors with it. I havent drank in 2 yrs and im still having to pay all this extra money i dont have. Rediculous when im doing everything correctly on my part and the equipment still malfunctions.
