Wait for people with appointments

I arrived 15 min before store opening time, waited no problem, meanwhile 2 other customers showed up. I was was first in door only to find those two had appointments, I was told it would be 20 minutes wait. I was unaware of appointments at Famous Hair. I will not be going back to Famous Hair.
