Waighting for my actvation fee refund
I ordered one of your greatcall smart2 smart phone but hat trouble getting anything activated ,like email text because my modem was not wi-fi capable .the key pad was soo small I could not see the numbers and letters.So I cancelled and returned the smart phone and received my refund ,but since I could not activate the phone without spending another $90.00 ,I should get my $28.61 activation fee refunded ,but You haven't even had the honesty to reply to my refund request .I have read many of the customer reviews about your CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR SMART PHONE AND THEY SAY IT ALL.I WILL ADD MY DISSATISFACTION OF GREAT CALL .THE ONLY PHONE YOU HAVE FOR SENIORS IS YOUR "FLIP-PHONE " BUT NOT THE SMARTPHONE .I HOPE YOU WILL REFUND MY ACTIVATION FEE .Thank you herman
