Wagon r trolley bag

I have purchased WagnR trolley bag from Lulu Hypermarket, Gusais on 06-Mar-2021 and travel to Cochin on 16-03-2021 and hand carrying strap broken while taking luggage from Taxi to Sharjah Airport. It is due to bag quality of strap used . Cost of Trolley was Dhs.199/- . I am not going back to UAE. If possible arrange bag replacement at Lulu Hyper market - Cochin Regards: Jacob George [protected]) Damage photo and copy of Bill is atached.
