vvm cannot supply proof of their claims!!!

Since Monday 15 July 2019 I have been threatened to the point of harassment by VVM about an insignificant amount which according to them is due to Vodacom. On numerous occasions I have asked them for details (Invoices/Statements etc) but they refuse or don't have any documentation? Are these people for real? Is this the way I am being treated by Vodacom after many years of being their loyal customer? I simply ask proof of what they claim to be in debt...nothing more, nothing less.
