2016-SEP: I had my home listed for sale on MLS. Never were my private mobile or home telephone numbers listed or published online. Moreover, all of my phone #s have been on the DNC DoNoCall list for 5 - 8 years. After my house sale was suspended from MLS, ALL of my private phone numbers .. home, mobile, work mobile, spouse mobile .. all began receiving solicitation from various realtors, pitching their services. I asked 5 of these callers to identify from where they obtained my PRIVATE phone# and they ALL said "Vulcan 7" (company main# 513-217-9570) which is a PAID-FOR service provided to realtors. The better question is HOW did Vulcan 7 obtain my PRIVATE, UNPUBLISHED and DONOTCALL-registered phone#s .. and what gives them the right to (1) provide these numbers and (2) get paid to provide my private info?! I am OUTRAGED as my privacy has been compromised by VULCAN7. Vulcan7 is a Real Estate Lead Generation company, based in Cincinnati OH. Other similar companies are RedX, Mojo. 3814 West Street Ste 104 Cincinnati, OH 45227 -- s******@vulcan7.com -- s****@vulcan7.com Vulcan7 primarily collects contact info (home address, mobile and home telephone). They also denote if numbers are on the DONOTCALL LIST and pass this fact to Realtors. Realtors are clearly ignoring the DNC. Here is a copy of VULCAN7's own privacy policy ( http://www.vulcan7.com/policies/privacy ) which is a joke in and of itself, since it boldly claims to dishonour the DNC lists. Please note that I have NEVER called them. Hence, they do not have my personal phone#s. Yet, when I did call to complain to them, I employed a prefix of *67 so as to block my number from their caller-ID services. Yet, all attempts to reach a HUMAN were rerouted to voicemail, as if this was a surprise.
