Voucher not applicable

Good evening. I would just like to bring up this issue regarding the voucher 40PBUNNY that applies on Playboy Bunny bags. It says that it offers extra 40% discount with no minimum spend but when Im about to apply the code upon checkout, it does not apply. Kindly help me with this concern.
