Ive tried using a voucher travelodge sent me because my room was cancelled at gatwick due to covid19.I tried to use voucher to book travelodge bicester but it wouldnt let me.Called customer services to get help explaining the situation and that i wanted to book at bicester for august 1st the girl i talked to was little short of useless.So i now have a voucher that is worth nothing as im not being allowed to use it G t white User's recommendation: Dont use travelodge their customer service stinks.
