They are the worse! My city had a contract with them so forced to utilize their services. At start of service, they dropped my receptacle off a week late but I was not prorated. There were 4 times in a 6 month period that they did not take all our trash at the curb. The receptacle was dumped but the bags that were on top of the receptacle were left on the ground. Four times is not an oversight. I was told to leave them out so they can stop and pick them but never did. Billing and automated phone is screwy User's recommendation: No No.
