Update by user Oct 18, 2012 Update  I did not buy this special through Groupon...I bought it through the Vivacity, so the refund should come from the company.  I did recently get an email from the owner saying I could be refunded....however, when I emailed twice and called no one responded back.  I assume the owner sent out refund emails is response to all the negative feedback and has no plans of actually following through. This is an awful company...and I am going to post a complaint the the Virginia State Consumer Affairs Dept. Original review posted by user Sep 07, 2012 Vivacity is a complete scam!  The owner, Ashleigh Ward, is super nice, until she gets your money.  I paid for a 12 months of cleaning service, 20 hours each month. The owner assured me there would be no scheduling issues. Total I ended up only getting 14 hours of service in the month of August.  It was awful trying to make appointments, no one responded to telephone calls.  Twice I had appointments scheduled for cleaning and no one came. in Sept. I received an email stating I could not have 20 hours per month and would not be able to have someone come weekly.  When I asked for a refund for the remaining 11 months of service, the owner refused, saying I got $100 of "free" services!
