I found an item I wanted to buy from a email they sent me promsing Free Shipping. I ordered the item, but decided I wanted two of his item and website would not let me order two! So I sent them an email and asked for help, no telephne number was listed. They didn't get back to until half thru the next day asking what could they do for me? I had already told them what I needed. I sent complaint about their customer service. They sent me a response from Virtual Sheild asking what could they help me with?? Then I got their telephone number to call and they will not pick up my call. They are not reliable to do business with and wasted my time.
