Visit to Punta Cana

I’ve spoken to Travel Smart Punta Cana Dominican Republic about an incident/ error on their behalf in my bank account . They promised to rectify matter via email and phone call. It’s been 24 hours and still waiting. They seems dissatisfied with my previous post of the matter. I am willing to put matter to rest I just need my refund of $1,110 as they promised to reimburse me if I take down and correct previous post. I have no problem with that. Let’s see if they honour their end of agreement. Thank you.
