They keep making excuse that there is a problem with details and sizes og the photos. I had gone to anther company and they said everything was good and sent it off for a visa. They offer an online visa E application for Brazil, you complete the form provide photos. Scan everything and then the feedback starts with the problems. Note: the photos which were done by a professional. They keep changing their requirements on the photo quality and size. After sending 3 perfect photos they rejected them stating various problems. 1) The form not completed correctly. 2) Not enough details on the photo 2) kept changing the size required. I Used American Express Credit cards knowing that is something like this may happen, I have recourse. They hope you get discouraged and walk away and you lose the money.
