VIRTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I received an order last week and cannot get this company to respond to e-mails. No CS phone number, what a joke. There is a product that I can't get open and I am going to have to destroy the cap if I don't get some help. I will never order from them again! User's recommendation: Don't buy from a company with absent customer service.
