I placed an order with the company of dogs and to get free shipping you had to jump through hoops. Send emails with product number order number and so on.Somehow during this process I was signed up to the VIP Club. I did not realize that the VIP Club has a $14.95 a month charge. I have been billed for eight months $14.95 and at no time have I received anything for that money! This VIP Club is a total rip. I think someone in government should look into this.There are a lot of senior citizens like myself with dogs who are being ripped off by this company!
