I did NOT sign up for their VIP rebate, free shipping club. I have been charged $14.95 for 3 months. I did place an order in February which was not fulfilled as the item was not in stock. After 2 months waiting they told me they didn't have it. I reported this company to the attorney general's office and urge all consumers to do so. I will request a refund in writing but I know they won't give me anything back. I would never join a rebate club when I ordered only 2 times in 3 years.
