Hello, I am an American citizen vacationing in Pattaya, Thailand with a friend. We recently visited a restaurant named Altos across the street from my hotel. After ordering a meal, We werent satisfied with the level of service, appearance of the meal, and customer service. Before we left, we told the server, and left. I came back to my hotel about an hour later and recognized one employee from the restaurant and a women who put her hands on me and said I had to pay for the entire meal. I told her I didn't eat anything and told the staff and she instantly yelled that she didn't care. I went into the room to meet a friend who had to catch her flight back. We came out and now there was a third person looking to fight us. He/she attacked my friend and pushed her to the ground. I tried to break it up but she/he attacked Me. He/she kicked me really hard in the face. It is swollen. The police came but didn't want to report the incident and immediately summoned is to pay for a meal that was never served to us. I want to report this and receive justice for the attack and money the police demanded we pay or be arrested.
