I am the president of the board of Timbermill Condos in Washington Twp. Representatives of Majic Windows have been repeatedly soliciting door to door in the Timbermill. They have been requested to leave on other occasions. I have personally been in contact with the township offices and at that time was told that Majic has not registered with the township as required by ordinance. On this date [protected] I was notified that a representative was again soliciting and advising person(s) that they were acting with our permission and this is not true. I also spoke with a resident this past fall and determined that the representative was being deceptive. The Macomb Co Sheriff was notified, responded and requested the offender to leave. I spoke with one of the deputies and advised him I would sign a formal complaint. He stated their policy was to request the offender to leave and if they returned then to cite them.
