Violation of consumer law and horrible service

I visited the Speedway in Schaefferstown, PA, on 10/25/20 at 10:30 a.m. While I was there I went to purchase (2) snack packs of Oreos. The sign said they were buy 1, get second for $1.00. When I went to ring them up the cashier said they weren't on sale. I showed her the sign that said "Oreos" along with the sale. She removed the sign and said they were no longer on sale and that she couldn't change it in the register. When I told her that she's required to sell a customer an item for what it's listed as, she again said she couldn't change it. I asked for the manager; he wasn't in. I then asked for his first and last name. She gave me his first, but said she "didn't know" his last name. What a bunch of crap. The whole time it was obvious she couldn't care less about the fact she's breaking the law by not selling an item as listed, cheating a customer, and making it clear she couldn't be bothered with the situation. I wish I could give a rating of negative stars. User's recommendation: Be prepared to be cheated and treated like garbage.
