Long story short, they charged an enormous amount of money, sent the wrong part. $200 for a plastic piece worth about 50 cents if that. Refused refund, or to send correct part. They are total rip off. Look at this and all other reviews. We want a full refund. Order # was 570716. We are also filing complaints with the BBB and sending report to Florida Attorney General to investigate. Being ripped off for $200 won't be the end of the world financially for me, but being ripped off (stolen from) is unacceptable. I will continue to complain so that I get refund, but more importantly try to prevent others to falling victim to this fraudulent company.
