purchased the vidacasa unit and when I went to use the hot cell as instructed it did not work. tried reaching out to my sales person but have not heard back. AWFUL! plate came chipped and looks crooked. our boss is mad and ready to file a complaint with the BBB. also had to wait several weeks for the ordered to be delivered. all that wait for nothing. will try to reach out to them again but doubt I will hear back. went to their website the other day and it did not work. looks like they do not have a handle on anything
