THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. They don't read, nor listen to the customer. Spent 2 days and countless hours on the phone even had hang ups during the conversations only to have to call back and start the grueling conversation/process over. Their system is horrible, they don't see what we see. As far as feedback they they sent an email User's recommendation: All customer service reps need EXTENSIVE training. Manager need to reachable. IMO I believe this is done by design..THEY DON'T WANT TO DO BETTER.
