Purchased oven from Home Depot. The stove was delivered on September 9, 2021. We noticed that the oven door was damaged and the lower pan to the oven was missing paint on both sides. Went back to Home Depot on the September 11th and told them of the damages to the stove. They gave me a number to call Frigidaire [protected]. I called this morning and spoke to service department. The gentle man said I could have two options, one to replace the stove or have a service man come out to repair the door. Upon further inspection we found further damage to the pan in the oven, missing paint on both sides. I called Frigidaire back at noon and told Dim a service rep. that I now wanted the stove replaced. She told me that the repair man coming out on September 22, will decide if the stove will be replaced. I asked for a supervisor and was denied access to a supervisor. Why would I purchase a damaged stove and why was I told this morning I could get a replacement only to be refused when further damages were found. Dim's reference number is [protected].
