Bought several products from them in the last 15 years: Corel Show 5, 6, 7; Painter 8, 10, 15, etc., some at significant bucks. The applications are good to excellent, but their product support is sub-minus, unfortunately. The recent contact I had with them related to opening their proprietary CPX files resulted in an email exchange that belongs in a comedy skit.
