I have been trying for weeks to get them to help me to no avail. They said on my silhouette program that I needed to upgrade my silhouette program. I tried to do that and when it deleted my program that I was using I could not open the new program. All I kept getting was a flash of a not that said error. No explanation, no offer of assistance, nothing! I tried for days and not even my techie grandson that works is the head of technology at one of the casinos User's recommendation: Buy Cricut instead of Sillhouette!
