I had a loan with them and they hounded me to the ground and then some after I missed a few payments. I was wrong about missing the payments but I had life events which threw me back. They are not understanding and they don’t try to work with you if you miss one payment they tell you that you’re 60 days past due and that’s not accurate!!! And when you call to try to resolve the issue they treat you terribly!!! No one there has a personality they all treat you as if you owe them personally!!! Well so far I’ve spoken to one of them who had a bit of decency and they were helpful but rest of them disgusting!!! Seriously
