Very very rude staff at jiddah airport

i came via jiddah to mumbai 20/01/2018 from UK.. i have got 3 full tickets and 1 infant ticket but unfortunately they not allowed to me take my 1of the full tickets hand luggage.. staff was very very rude at jiddah airport on the check out and on the gate as well.. i m not recommend this air line to any one.. rubish staaf at jiddah airport.
