Very very poor after sales service
Non availability of spare parts most of times . Each times the bus goes to garage for maintenance the bus has to be parked for non availability of spare parts. Causes massive losses to the owner.. Would not recommend bharatbenz at all given there is lack of customer service even after repeated calls and follow ups User's recommendation: Never invest in Bharat benz.
