Very, VERY IMPOSSIBLY slow

It took a long time to finally system mechanic was the problem. Especially after the deep scan I did yesterday that took almost all day. I couldn't even use my computer after that. It would take almost 5 minutes just to get to my email and then over another 5 minutes to even open one email.y
