Very very dissatisfied

My dad ordered flowers for my birthday (yesterday) through FlowerRama, and they apparently handed the order and delivery over to AvasFlowers. My birthday came and went, and they never arrived (my dad was very frustrated and told me about the delivery which I assume was supposed to be a surprise, delivered to my office). He didn't receive any communications about progress until he called and asked where they were this morning, and was told that there was a problem at the florist. He was very understandably frustrated, so they offered a 15% discount and said they would be delivered today. He then received a text stating that the "purchased arrangement could not be provided." At this point, he just told them to cancel the order and refund him. He went to Safeway and bought me two (very lovely) bouquets and delivered them himself. A couple of hours later, a delivery lady wandered into my office and handed off an arrangement of very dry, beat up, sad flowers. (Quote my dad: "They look like the delivery driver ran over them, then stuck them back in the vase before bringing them up.") To recap, the $20ish bouquet from Safeway vastly outshines the $75 bouquet from a florist. In the picture below, the Safeway bouquet is on the right. Another Dad quote: "Well, at least they got the card right."
