Jadoo TV is just a piece of Garbage box. Customer care team are the most rudest you can find on Jadoo TV when you call them. I was a Real TV customer for about 2 years with very good service from Real TV. Then I came across Jadoo TV in one of the stalls during Diwali festivals and I thought their offer was appealing and bought the Jadoo 5 Set-top box. I regret I moved away from Real TV to Jadoo TV. Although the internet speed at home is very good (NBN50 offering 50 MBPS), most of the time - many of the channels on Jadoo TV are buffering or some of the channels dont come up at all throwing error code. Not even 2 or 3 channels get streamed properly You call up their customer care number and if you are lucky, you will connected to customer care agent within 1 hour, else you will be on hold for that long on phone or chat. Yesterday, when I called up Jadoo TV for technical support, the customer care agent (Adeel) who came on the phone was very rude and was not being empathetic in his tone of conversation that he needs to be in when dealing with customers. He abruptly disconnected the chat without resolution. No courtesy to even inform that they are disconnecting the chat. Hope Jadoo TV takes action against such irresponsible customer care agents, if they want a standing in the market. Although broadband speed is 50MBPS, customer care tells that Broadband is slow and hence the buffering. The same channels on Yupp TV play absolutely fine on the same broadband speed. These guys don't know that 50 MBPS is very very fast speed. These Jadoo guys just trying to pass the blame on internet provider. What about some of the channels throwing error code and not opening up, you cannot blame them on Internet provider. Paid 380 dollars for this box and its just waste of money. If there was a negative rating, I would have given -10 rating. Sadly, 1 is the least rating I could give
