I placed a prepaid order with this company on December 31, 2019, for two throne chairs and never received my items as promised neither did I receive a refund of any kind. This company is using COVID-19 as an excuse to take money and not be held responsible. They texted me with false updates and delays of when to expect my items and or store credit only to later find out that the site is no longer available or open for business. This is wrong and not acceptable. You can't even reach anyone on the phone and no one returns messages. I am outraged by this and it's wrong. User's recommendation: DO NOT TRUST OR SHOP WITH THEM PERIOD!
