Took my cash deposit and waited until the timeline expired to do the actual inventory of my home and then told me the estimate would be double. As you can imagine I was shell shocked, gave a credit card for additional amount and called the next day to cancel and was told I could not. I disputed the charges and won, only to find out that they (after the deadline) got the charges reversed from AmEx. I'm a single woman that made the decision on a dime to move from California (which I have lived all my life) to help my step-dad and wife in Nevada as he was suffering from vascular problems as a result of diabetes from being in the Vietnam War and exposed to Agent Orange. Both deposits kept and two weeks after move my stepmom fell and hit her head and because of blood thinner meds died from a brain hemorrhage!! I am DEVESTATED TO SAY THE LEAST! They are a scam preying on an innocent trusting person!!
