Very unsatisfied customer

I was buying a bottle of water and cigarette, I initially give the water and say the brand and flavor of the cigarette. The cashier guy Bry ask if it’s lights, red or blue then I sad black. So since no Marlboro Black I said it’s fine water na Lang. I gave 500 pesos thinking they ha change as they are open 24hrs and it’s already Thursday Dec 20.2018. Wala daw sila barya and he insisted me to give lower bill. Since I don’t have lower bill I took time to search my coin purse to come up with 27 pesos. Very disappointing. He didn’t give any receipt. Even before this store located at UP technohub is not really good. They tend to wait customers have the longest line before they open new counter on a morning which every one is in a hurry. There are times the receipt they provide is not fit with their machine. The paper’ width is not comparable to the machines print which I’m not happy as I use this receipts for snap cart. I haven’t contacted them as I don’t know how to contact them besides going to the store and argue!
