This company does not atand behind their promise. After two scheduled delivery dates, and TWO NO SHOWS.... i decided i didn’t want to work with them. The company carport was ordered through, was extremely nice. However, carolina carports doesnt take blame and doesnt try to make customer satisfied when they are left in the dark. No weekend contact, and no contractor reliability when they don’t fulfill their OBLIGATION. A courtesy phone call after waiting all day on crew... just to no show ... isnt asking alot. I will NEVER use them again
