This is hands down my worst experience purchasing a vehicle. I called regarding a vehicle that said "coming soon"(nicer vehicle @ $28k). I was told that it was in the detail shop and there. I drove 2 hours to see it and work out a deal. I get there and am shown a different vehicle from the one in the picture. They had me look at similar vehicles. They had no clue what was on their lot and what was in other lots. I was brought keys to 2 Audi SUVs and he threw one set down and said you don't want that one. The CEL was on. I asked for what and he said you don't want that one again. They looked at my trade in and offered me $3100. The irony is that they have the same identical vehicle on their lot with 45k more miles and a 4 cylinder as opposed to my 6 cylinder which they have listed at $11k!! They told me that my vehicle needed wheel bearings and ball joints. They also took $200 off for the headlights being foggy which is a $10 kit and 5 minutes to correct. I took my vehicle home to my TRUSTED mechanic. Other than an alignment there was nothing wrong with it. I still put $200 down on the vehicle and got pre approved for when it arrived. I got a call about 4 days ago letting me know that it's in. I've been calling daily and nobody will call me back. They said that they have been extremely busy. They need to make sure that they provide better service of they'll lose that "busyness". I've never had such a horrible experience buying a vehicle.
