First off I would like to say I love shopping at Dilliards special in my home town of Arkansas. I and a family friend went to visit our sons in the military so we wanted to see what out of town Dilliards had since we never been there before. I was amaze to hear someone greet us like the way the sale person did we both said this a friendly Dilliards but boy was we wrong. we stared to shop and it was like we couldn't get any help at all but the one in blue dress made it very unpleasant for us she was standing in the jewelry bay working on jewelry at the time we ask her help and she act like she was too busy in a rude way. so we didn't ask her anything again . we saw the same young lady that greet us very well and ask can she help us and she said yes I will but at the time I helping someone and when I am done I will love to help .Tell me while the sale associates in the blue dress left the jewelry and go start carry on a whole conversation with another associate that was sitting down in the mk bags that is unprofessional on both of them. I and my friend left and went to shoes and nothing but help. I was very please by the way we was helped in that area but we did got back to handbags and that same young lady that greeted us. Helped us she just was OUTSANDING in so many ways .I was only going to buy One dooney and bourke bag but instead I GOT 3 all because her good Customer service she has and her been honest .I got there name but didn't want to put them down because that would have been unprofessional on me .This happen on Friday of may 3,2019 in Columbus Ga. Handbags / Jewelry. I did ask for the manager of that department but the young said she was off . If I ever come back I will only shop with that one young lady and I told my son her name and told him to look for her now on. I went from mad to very please.
