I am beginning to be confused about the reputation of Sig Sauer Arms. Here is why: 1) Purchased a SIG P320 Tacops, had to send it in for the voluntary upgrade. Yes I know it was voluntary, but if you ever want to change and user a caliber X-change kit (if Sig ever makes them available) You must send it in to Sig for the Upgrade. That process took 5 weeks. 2) Another Sig P320 that I have, would not function with a Sig SRD45 suppressor. So Sig said I had to send it in for repairs, with the suppressor. They have it now, 2 weeks so far... with again no help from (customer service as they call it) as to how long this will be there. 3) Sig MPX Gen II, of course came with no iron sights. foir some reason they decided to stop including them? So I ordered them from Sig, in OCTOBER 2017! Still to this date no sights. I called customer service up 4 weeks ago to inquire about them, they said they had inventory and they would be shipping the week of August 23. Guess what, no sights! I called today, again (customer service as they call it) was unable to provide any information on when they may have stock and when they would be shipped. So (customer service as they call it) said that Sig will always stand behind its products on repairs. I said I wouldn't know about other manufacturers and their policies because I have never HAD to send in firearms for repair! Absolutely pitiful! I can only imagine that this company takes better care of military and police department customers than they do consumers? Wow, pitiful company!
