Very unhappy with “upgrade” of plan.

They told me to "upgrade" my plan so that I would not get data overage charges. Unfortunately, the "upgrade" which cost considerably more turned off the Wi-Fi hotspot which is my major use of data. The website It's deceptive. There is no way to get through to customer service. Terrible company to deal with. User's recommendation: Run as fast as you can.
