Have asked for refund of gutter liner to prevent having to hire gutter cleaners. Did not work at all. Sent pictures, have called various levels--national customer service, who relayed message to local branch manager. No one called back. Have called several months in a row. Finally got a hold of someone who is helpful, but even he can't get the manager to call me back. They took $1200 and gave a product that didn't work. They have discontinued this product--not surprising, but no call back. Need I name what this is??? This is sad, because I was very happy with my tech. Give him a 5-star; branch manager, 0. Doesn't care about customer service at all. User's recommendation: Read the reviews of this company before signing up.
