Very Unhappy. Need to get their business on track, this is complete incompetence. It is my personal question; why the delays, lies & more lies. Even with completed pre-auth from insurance. Pathetic.

Have been trying to get CGM sensors etc....1st order 3 weeks still not processed. Keep blaming the ins. Company, then the physician's office then the Physician and missing then incorrect 'paperwork', TWICE. Never call when they should or claim they will. I will be requesting another med supply company from my insurance co. Believe all the complaints, as it is seemingly all true!
