In short, very delayed delivery ,after promised date. Toys to 2 different families damaged to point of being unusable. Provided pictures of toys and explanation. They then asked if the packaging was damaged. Both recipients said no, only the wooden toys.I then told the company this. Next the goal posts kept changing, they wanted a video (after getting very clear pictures) then they wanted the packaging. Ridiculous, that was thrown out,as one normally does. After much frustration and no resolution from this horrible company we just asked the credit card co. To credit us back. Besides all of that, the toys quality was shoddy. BUYER BEWARE , GRANDMAS GIFTS ARE A TERRIBLE, UNETHICAL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!! User's recommendation: Do NOT buy from this unethical, shoddy company.
