My client number is 325****, my installation date was 10/17/19, designer name: Sally Robinson. Installation was done at my home in my Master Bedroom closet. The problem(s) is the design drawing was wrong and as a result, there's a 2 foot empty space between closets boxes/space, making the aesthetics appears cheap with the awkward space. I was unsure of the drawing design but the sales person assured me I would be happy with the final results, I'm not! Also, after the installation, I now have less closet space to hang clothes. I am very disappointed and very underwhelmed with the final product. I am embarrassed to show family and friends the closet design/renovation. Please help correct this nightmare.
