The boy working there this afternoon till 5pm was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with not only at any storage facility but any business establishment PERIOD! He had an attitude from the beginning. I was first in the building yet I was asked to step out side and wait however he attended to both people I heard the door for. Checking in he was very rude told me he owned the establishment and could do what he wanted. I was simply paying and picking up an auction that I had won online through a completely different company. As I was attempting to leave I was waiting at the gate pad so he could open the gate he refused to give any code for me to get in or out for multiple loads. Instead of letting me out the gate he wanted to attempt to lecture me and tell me if I ever come up there to him with an attitude he would turn me around and refuse my auction. However he has no authority over that which it is stated in my contract online where I buy my auctions from. I have been doing this for over 4 years and never have I had an encounter that is so disrespectful and reflects secure care entire reputation once I was able to get out of the gate he went in side to get some paperwork and my $50 cleaning deposit.. he never even gave me a receipt for my cleaning deposit upon check in because he was trying to I guess intimidate me and tell me he was the owner and he has the final say in everything. I reached for my deposit money back from him in which he turned stemmed back and put my money in his pocket. At this time my mother and my 8year old nephew came through the gate. Your employee was attempting to disrespect me and tower over me as well as cuss at me. My mother had to physically get in between he and I because of how vulgar and pressing he was. He lied several times to my mother about what he has said to me or why he was speaking to me. As a 28 year old female your employee in the middle of all of the cussing and intimidating he thought was making him big and bad (in front of my mother and 8year old nephew)he told me I look like I have a *** he also said I could suck suck his *** I went inside the building to attempt to get a card or paper with a contact information to corporate and he chased me in and was going to try to physically remove me. Leaning over my mother still talking *** to me he was even making my mother feel threatened while she was trying to sign whatever was on the clipboard he hit my hand away with from trying to get my deposit money back. At one point he said she could step aside (my mother) and we cant handle this. In which I have no problem I am a mixed martial artist and licensed to carry a concealed weapon. So I refuse to let anyone speak down to me or try to intimate me and ban me from something he has no say in. User's recommendation: Never.
