I contacted your Customer Service/Parts Departments almost two weeks ago inquiring about the purchase of 6 TSA Combination Padlocks for my 2 Hartmann Luggage Bags. I supplied photos of the 2 bags, which I've owned since the late 1990s and a daytime phone number, (219) 661-****. A Stacy Thompson and Jeffrey Monroe, both Consumer Relations Representatives informed me that a Hartmann representative would soon be contacting me by phone to take my order.
