Western Branch Blvd location used to be a great place when other manager was there . It has gone down hill very quick . Workers take 15 mins just to get one car to decide what they want as they try to make you purchase the $28.00 car wash . Just ask the person what they want But if you get this tire gloss for $10 more I can really get in your pocket. It takes way to long even with 3 -4 car wait to just get it washed. If they vacuum the cars after the wash they can get 10 times the volume thru. Everything is wam bam and done. Armor all is a joke as they mis so much you can see the shine and where they missed it. They should take a serious look at how delta sonic car wash does there work. Plus the equipment is not working properly and misses a lot of cleaning if you ride thru and no wipe down.
