Damn. It's unfortunate to read all these complaints. I for one am very satisfied with EMastered. Excellent service and excellent software. EMastered does an incredible job in remastering ANY of my audio files. When I need help a sound engineer helps me get it right. User's recommendation: Yes I highly recommend EMastered.
