Very sad company

called and left messages for someone to call me back and 3 days and still nothing from them. Call and asked to speak to a manger and they would not get on the phone to speak to me I was just put on hold for 10 min's at a time. I would think that a company would want to make free money since it was a warranty job but not this company they do not care at all. Half of the time that I tried to call them the line was busy for hours and then when I did get through I was put on hold or mute and pushed off to someone else that had no clue what was going on and had to start all over again. They are not really customer "Friendly".
